Lastly we enjoy a lot here with my family and spent wonderful time in wellness resort.

Had a truly wonderful and refreshing experience at Alpha. The serene natural surroundings, combined with the warmth of the people, made the stay absolutely memorable.
A special thanks to Mr. Ashok and Mr. Aftaab for their kind hospitality. The cook deserves heartfelt appreciation for preparing such delicious meals every day, always with a smile. The service staff were equally gracious and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay.
The entire team was exceptional, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. A special mention to Dr. Rizwan, whose vision behind this resort is truly commendable. The concept of combining nature with Ayurveda treatments and massages is unique and deeply rejuvenating.

A serene drive on a lazy weekend morning with plans of an overnight stay, through greenish fields and well maintained roads brings to a beautiful resort in the midst of nowhere land. An upcoming wellness centre with an existing in-house Ayurvedic Doctor with a state of the art equipment to check all your vitals in space of a few minutes with blood tests, BP and several others tests with yoga and treatments thrown in.
A well thought out planned resort , with parrots, wood peckers and several other bird species along with resident ducks and roosters waddling along & greeting all the guests. A swim in the pool with yoga classes and massage therapy with an upcoming planned hydra treatment in store will make it an ideal place for a getaway from a hectic urban life of today - an ideal spot for an overnight appetising stay, on such a short planned trip for all 14 of us.

My stay at Alpha wellness resort was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance is excellent as the resort is located just outside mysore near a village called Mylapura and is surrounded by Forest, hillock and a river stream just adjacent to the resort. The property has variety of plants n trees which adds to the beauty of the place. They also hv birds like Parrots, Ducks and Geese. The resort is also visited by Peacocks in the early morning hours and our kids were happy to see them in there natural ecosystem. They have 2 swimming pools one for kids and one for adults. The pool was clean n very well maintained. They hv a Aroma garden which is the best and beautiful part of the resort.
The rooms are carefully designed Villa's with state of the art Facility. They hv a open air kitchen concept and serve both normal as well as diet food as advised by the Doctors and Therapists. The food served was healthy, hygienic as well as tasty.
Dr Rizwan Ahmed, Owner and the Brain behind this wellness concept was very welcoming and gave a us a tour of the entire property. Interacting with him gave us a good idea about Functional medicine and there focus on "root cause healing." He introduced us to New concept of "AI health check machine" and it truly amazed us with the results.
Dr Rakshit, MD in Ayurveda medicine came across as very friendly, patient n knowledgeable doctor. He divised a treatment plan for each individual and the ayurveda massage therapy was truly relaxing and we all felt rejuvenated.
Mr Ashok, who handles the operations of the resort was very friendly, cooperative and made us feel comfortable and at home. There caring team, and holistic approach to wellness made it a deeply refreshing experience to our entire family. I returned feeling relaxed, recharged, and grateful. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.
