Alpha wellness resort is located in mountains, near Forest and also near the bank of great river, Kaveri.Environment is so beautiful and weather is also wonderful.
Wellness activities like Yoga, Spa therapy, Nature walk, Naturopathy therapy, Meditation, Nutritional diet concepts for healthy life and informative knowledge related to chronic diseases by expertise doctors/therapists was mind-blowing.
Resort provides wholesome meals with nutritional balanced / customised diet to health conscious guests.
Staff is also qualified , well experienced and well mannered.
The transparency of package includes- Spa therapy / meditation /Yoga/ Stay / Customised food/ Swimming pool .
Lastly we enjoy a lot here with my family and spent wonderful time in wellness resort.

We had the most rejuvenating 2-day getaway at this wellness resort, and it exceeded every expectation! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ambient atmosphere combined with lush green gardens made it the perfect escape from city life. The swimming pool was a delight, and having sports activities like cricket kept our group of 11 entertained throughout the stay. What truly stood out was the incredible hospitality — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shoutout to the chef, who was so kind and thoughtful, ensuring every dish suited everyone's taste in our group. The food was simply fantastic, meal after meal! We left feeling completely refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable retreat with great food and warm hospitality!
